World's most vertical city - Hong Kong accommodates more skyscrapers than any other place in the world, but it also provides a very scarce living space for its alive - and deceased residents. Above noisy flyovers alongside Hong Kong's busy districts, there are green oases stretching up the hillsides like amphitheaters, punctuated by chest tombs, granite obelisks and delicate angels. Their juxtaposition to the surrounding dense architecture and their alignment on hills with graves and tombs stacked up like stairways mark the monolithic character of this Asian mega metropolis.
